Privacy policy for Blaze Spins players
Start playingThis page explains what Blaze Spins collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. It sits alongside our terms and our cookie policy, and it covers the account you hold with us directly – not a third party's data practices.
The short version
We collect what registration and payment require, we use it to run your account and meet our compliance obligations, and we do not sell it. You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the record-keeping our licence requires.
Data you hand over vs data we observe
At registration you give us your full name, date of birth, email address and physical address, along with a username and password. Deposits and withdrawals add payment details – card, e-wallet or crypto wallet information depending on the method you choose.
Separately, we observe technical and usage data automatically: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited and session activity. Where verification is triggered, we also collect the documents described in our terms – a photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, and a proof of address.
Why we process it and on what basis
Account data is processed to run your account, process payments, prevent fraud and meet anti-money-laundering obligations tied to our Anjouan gaming licence. Most of this rests on contractual necessity and legal obligation rather than consent; marketing communications, where sent, rely on consent you can withdraw at any time.
Processors and transfers
Payment processors, hosting providers and identity-verification services handle parts of your data on our behalf, under instructions limited to the purpose they were engaged for. We do not sell personal data to advertisers, and any transfer outside your own country happens only where it is necessary to run the service you use.
Exercising your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold on you, have inaccurate data corrected, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, or ask for your data in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, the supervisory authority for data protection in the UK.
Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as our licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations require, not indefinitely. Once that period lapses and there is no open dispute or regulatory reason to retain it, the data is removed.
Under-18s
Blaze Spins is restricted to players aged 18+, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has registered an account, contact [email protected] and we will act on it.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our data practices or the law around them change. The current version applies from the date shown below; material changes will be reflected here rather than notified individually.
